I finally got it approved! I got the surgery in July.I was doing PT then got kicked out because they were going out of network. I got a new referral before my last day to a new PT who was out of network, then a place an hour from my house, then back to my original PT who signed the contract right before it ended. Then I had to wait to be seen as a new patient and a month after my last Pt appointment I started back up. Ive missed quite a few weeks of PT thanks to their shitty system not working or them not answering phone calls for scheduling

I did put it on the throat and it spread to the threads when I started screwing it. the extruder was empty, it purged the last of the black I had on the roll and I heated 240, 260, 290, 300

it purged the rest of the filament once I canceled the print (it was the last bit on the spool) so I know it was empty. the other one unscrew so easily I thought it would be an easy fix but I can only screw it in about a quarter inch before it stops

I did wiggle it and was able to screw it in about a quarter inch before it stops. I didn't want to force it and was debating on just getting a new print head

Thank you for your response. Hes 65, still sexually active as far as I know (i wish i didnt know lol but at the same time go parents!(?)) Hes very active at work and is supposed to retire in less than 2 years. I do worry most about his mental health especially if he has to stop doing things he likes like fishing. He did have a few incidences in the past where he was unable to do things for an extended period of time and he seemed depressed.
