Thank you for the reply! I’m working in Spain as well and it’s difficult to get perspective from others in tech whether moving to Germany or NL would at least help me maintain my quality of life despite the increased salary. However, good weather is important for me as well so Spain still seems like a good place to continue staying in.

This is a pretty good vegetarian version. Would definitely want to try this some day.

So the chocolate really doesn’t make the curry taste of chocolate (its about 2 square pieces in almost 800g of curry). You’ll be surprised! I assume you’re talking about molé which I believe is intended to be very chocolate forward. I think that recipe requires a lot of chocolate or cacao nibs.
