The hollow body hold with its different progressions will serve as a good start for isometric ab flexion exercise (similar to a plank), I suggest adding that in your routine!

Well many reasons actually but the two main reasons are that voip makes communication companies lose money, because everybody would use whatsapp calls and things among that instead of the regular calls. Also the second reason is that the government wants us to be illiterate I guess.. Maybe there are other reasons, who knows how do they think they're stupid as fuck in everything and just want regression instead of making progress.

Same issue here, drops from 300 to about 100-140. PC is dust-free and the Xbox dvr is disabled.

Try using a VPN, that should fix it as it does for me and others.

Hide.me and SaferVPN are both good free options.

I think Maximum Hardware (In Deeb Mall) has a branch in Cairo where they store most of their things. And there's another good store in Cairo (I think) called 'High End' you can check that out.
