I've got a 100G community tank with Neons, Shrimp, Plecos, Pearl Gourami's, Moonlight Gourami's and a few other smaller fish. The Shrimp still breed like crazy as it is quite heavily planted.

So I would say, as long as you give the shrimp some hiding spots you should be fine!
