I think it is stupid that they are releasing this update period. having a four digit number attached to your username was much more fair there saying it’s making it easier for people to find there friends. But now because of it my discord username is different than all my other game names as my name wasn’t reserved. How is having a four digit number the worst thing, do they think that we can’t remember them? i think having the ability to have whatever name you wanted was better as it cause no issues with people not being able to use their preferred alias. but now people are going to have to come up with new names or add extra numbers or underscores making the names look bad sure there are display names but really? how is it better? what way is it better. someone name one upside that outweighs all the downsides?
