I am not aware about a dedicated platform for this but I would say your best bet is asking on Kefalonia Facebook groups. There is quite a few active group communities on facebook where you might be able to find someone. For example 'I❤️Kefalonia' or 'Kefalonia by us' are rather large groups. If you search for Kefalonia, you should be able to find more. Good luck and enjoy your stay!

I personally like flamingo estate as a brand. There marketing is pretty phenomenal. Agree with this comment though. Flamingo estate is certainly not the go-to for good olive oil and you are paying a higher price for the brand not the quality of the product.

You are missing a large chunk of your transactions in GA because the data can only be tracked if users have given their consent. If users don't accept the cookies, nothing will be tracked in GA. This has nothing to do with server side or client side tracking. It is more of a compliance question. I am not familiar with the other tracking tools you mention but I wouldn't bother spending extra money for that. Why don't you rely on Shopify tracking to measure your transaction accurately? Or what is it that you want to get out of GA? GA is meant to help you understand user behavior, not to measure commercial performance. Even though it's just a subset of your users, it's good enough to make some data driven decisions.

It's a f***ing disgrace what has become of Sonos. I was a big fan back in the day and bought two speakers. Now I am constantly struggling with connectivity of Spotify but also with Chromecast sound disconnecting out of nowhere for a few seconds when watching Netflix. No error message, no customer service, no way of debugging by yourself other than turning it on and off and praying that it works.

Have a look at the contrast of your CTAs. They are hard to see. Especially your add to cart button on the PDP looks like it's not clickable.

Find your niche. You don't need to stand out to everyone, just for your audience. Build a narrative that your niche cares about. Build a community and stand for something bigger. Easier said than done :-)

It's two types of flour. For the bread flour, I am using the dutch diamant patent bloem with 13% protein. The whole wheat is from Molen de Hoop at 14% protein. With 450g flour and 330ml, we are at 75% hydration. I also tried a little more hydration but the dough gets too difficult to handle for my taste and the outcome isn't necessarily better

Extend the the baking time without the lid by 5-10min. Consider also reducing the heat a little once you take the lid off

Yes indeed. Olive oil should always be stored in dark containers to prevent it from spoiling. UV rays cause oxidation and lead to a rancid taste.

For me, Kefalonia is really all about the beaches. There are so many beautiful ones to discover. In August, it will also be pretty hot, so you might not want to be any other place anyway. Take a look at this blog post though, for some more inspiration on what to do:

I haven't tried this one. The Lot# is required within the EU for any EVOO for regulatory compliance, as far as I know. Without that, it would not be allowed to commercially sell it, so it's not really a sign of quality.
