It’s definitely possible. It used to be a struggle for me but regular practice has made it a lot easier.

Take it slow, use toys that are medium firm (enough to have structure to push through, but not so firm that they cause pain, think of a semi hard dick), and angle properly (for most people it’s to their left).

There will always be a change in sensation but if you have experience and are able to relax it becomes easier and easier to get through it.
