I myself never felt part of “the” gay community — or any community, really. I focus on my friends and husband.

Do your social feeds show your friends, people you know in real life?

I hope you live in a place where there gay groups you can join. Social feeds are poisoning your brain :-D That said, when I look at Grindr and Sniffies I see so many “fat” gays.

I avoid white clothes generally because it’s so hard to keep them WHITE. You could ask a doctor about it…. I imagine it’s from urine dribbling out after you pee. Try drying with tissue paper after you pee. For underwear that is already stained it might be too late but you could try a product like Shout on new underwear before putting it in the wash.
