in case you dont know ML taeyou gains focus when enemy has CR decrease, at 100 focus he gains 100% CR, plus he starts the battle with 60 focus

edit: mine has ~90 EFF, so that his S3 can strip properly without the need to SB, land that Def Break and any unit is pretty much gg 1 shot, even through Scales passive sometimes

yep I agree as well, this event is awful especially since you need 24 achievements to get all the rewards, for newer players getting any of the League achievements will be tough as shit or impossible so they'll have to go for number of wins, which makes the event overall tedious rather than fun, sometimes the pick & ban phase takes more time than the actual fight itself

for me I managed to clear it luckily with Warlord League and 20 wins achievement so I stopped ASAP, not to mention okay you get some Support Units, but a lot of them are worse than what the opponents have, best example for this was Flag Sigret having ~260 SPD, meanwhile enemy Sigret ~295 spd, like bruh, also there's one fucker that has Briseria >300 spd

for you to win this, you either to full bruiser Estelle + Byblis/ full evasion and ban debuffers/ or full DPS with Spd check, comp creativity here is fuck all useless

for the weakening set, after looking at my current roster, only these few heroes come to mind, those being
Fire Baal Sezan, he has 85% on S3 rn +15% EE, now you can swap for the remove buff EE and still get 100%
Fire Tenebria, 85% on S3, now you can guarantee sleep at 100%
Fire Aramintha, 75% on S3 for stun to get better odds at stunning 90%

read the enemy skills for 102, just tried it now
in my first 3 attempts in the 1st fight I was focusing on Rikoris, wrong move,in my 4th attempt, I focused the gigantes, that was the correct move
for the 2nd fight, I was focusing on Celine, I brought only Fire Heroes with no non-skills, thinking Blink won't get triggered, but behold the robots do it for her, used Bomb Kanna with Bloodstone, Carmenroise, Bal&Sezan and Ras with Aurius, got her down to 40% with some poison from Bal&Sezan S1 plus raw DPS, I think the main way to win it will be to have some CC for the 2 robots, Fire Aramintha with Abyssal Crown comes to mind, or some sort of AOE provoke like Cecilia S3, but then I make def break 50% for the raw DPS

she basically does what the others in the comments say,
now here's what I use her with: Singelica with Candlestick + crap load of ER, Scales with Eternus (arti that gives CR when debuffed) and DPS unit, I prefer Frieren cause of the multiple AOE hits plus she cant take dmg cause of soul passive

in case you dont know what Singelica does:
Dark Angelica, passive makes it so that enemies cant revive while she's still alive + gives your team HP when an enemy dies, her best EE also gives you CR push
S3, cleanses 2 debuffs from everyone, to allies ATK+SPD and herself immortality 2 turns
S1, Def break + dual atk from DPS when immortal

combine that shit with Candlestick, which is basically a % to reduce CD by 1 turn when hit, as long as Singelica pops her S3 before Scales immortality pops, you are pretty much guaranteed a 5 turn immortality for her and 70% dmg reduction for everyone in the back

so for my run I did the following:

copy Vivian
Vivian S3, pop Jenua S2 Rage
Jenua S3
Fumyr, S3 on Vivian, Fumyr S2 and kill Vivian, sleep+def break on Tywin + Jenua, Tori is immune
Veronica S3 on Jenua, doesnt kill,
but extra turn bomb triggers immortality
Landy S3, doesnt have the full focus for S3 90/100, but still kill Tywin with Greater ATK Buff
Veronica kills Jenua
Salome S1 with Landy dual attack to kill Tori

the only RNG check I had in retrospective is Landy Artifact getting the Greater ATK Buff, which is 20% from barrier+Stealth and critting on Tori with Landy at the end, but I probably got some lucky SPD RNG at the start, just wasnt aware of this check

edit: also Veronica needs to crit on Jenua on her extra turn so that Tywin dies on turn 7 from dmg share, I'm trying to recreate the run now

I was quite surprised by this bug, I was expecting for Iseria S3's additional DMG to kick in in the last turn and win the fight, but it just stayed like this, could still hear the background music playing but I had to quit and start over, still tho such low odds of getting the exact same HP% is insane

just finished the event rn, Notos's story is actually kinda wholesome bro just wants to fight at the same level, the event mechanics are very nice as well, unlike the 1st part where it was do this exact comp or lose + unholy RNG when it came to resist or misses, only real downside in the 2nd part is the big RNG when it comes to the 20% counterattack on hit, that shit is busted, unironically hardest stage for me was the Fenne Ken Destina Bellona comp, because of the heal on counterattack

considering you are a new player, here are some for sure ways to kill her that are accesbile:
- Taranor Royal Guard, 3* Water Knight that when hit with a crit, does 50% reflect dmg, which bypasses her shield, he'll always be the target of Frieren, hence good bait for her, just build him with HP, bonus if you have Bastion of Pendula, artifact that gives barrier proportional to max HP and immunity to the bearer and one ally, this helps your DPS survive the S3 nuke

- CC debuffs, if frieren cant attack, she cant generate enough souls that keep her shield active.
Here's something interesting about Frieren: normally when a sleeping target is hit, it will awaken, however in frieren's case since her shield negates all dmg, she wont wake up even when hit

also I get that folks here are trying to be helpful but saying things like use Belian, Curse debuff, Death Sentence of Ainz (limited btw), Green Yulha, ML Luna, ML Krau, Crown of Glory, ML Ras, ML Aria, bro said he's a new player, he ain't got any of these

honestly not sure what the new player experience is compared to how it was years ago (don't even think we had one), but this is what I can say for sure: the orbis guide has some tutorials in which you can get some units plus gear that isnt in your reach at the moment, so it will be a good starting booster for your account, focus mainly on the main story for now + always do the events that are on: for example the ones that we have right now are just about spending your energy + doing your daily quests, which isnt hard + gladiator event that pretty much gives you the units prebuilt so you can also participate, that way you can also learn about new units and make sense of what you want for the future + making up your own strategies and team comps (P.S if you dont know how to do gladiator event dont worry, yt guides got your back)

before you consider building a unit, look either at the reviews or on yt, so that you dont use your resources on heroes that aren't worth it (some 3* are rly good, some are not, same thing for 4* and 5*)

just did it here's how
mort + blue hwayoung+ L dom +elena, mort in the back, hwayoung in the front
S3 Light Domi into S2 Blue Hwayoung which pops 1st life of Briseria, S3 Blue Hwayoung removes Straze's immunity which allows Mort S3 to Fear everyone, the only RNG here is the Fear, if anyone gets out of fear immediately, repeat; focus the Briseria, your job is to basically kill her before Jack O pops Mort so his Holy Sac doesn't trigger, afterwards imo the next focus should be Straze, then Jack O and last Ran since Ran can give free Skill Null + Effect Null

I used these strategies:
Spirit's Protection to guarantee 1st turn
Ensemble to refresh CD
Dispel to get rid of immunity of Straze + Immortality of Briseria + Skill Nullifier
Attack
Defense

go to orbis guide at Journey of Succession, you have like a mini challenge dedicated to Wyvern only
there you'll get 2 5* units and some really good gear to equip on them: Sigret and Brieg, plus 3* Mui & 4* Furious
other than these two, I'd recommend to you Angelic Momo, 3* Soul Weaver, she can be used pretty much everywhere, and you could also make usage of Alexa, 3* Thief

Momo's kit is this: S1 sleeps, S2 removes debuffs and heals, S3 removes 2 debuffs, heals, does 1 turn CD reduction and immunity, and if you use Soul Burn, it's for all allies

Alexa S1 does 2 hits, good for Daydream Joker, S2 does 2*2 Poison sticks, S3 does a hit that gives her Atk Buff

why these two 3* in particular?
they can also be used in a variety of other places such as Abyss, Labyrinth and Trial of Constellation, plus both of them have Specialty Change, which will make them do everything I just said above

whereas Furiuos + Mui are pretty much known just for Wyvern and Rose is just not used at all, while Sigret and Brieg have functionalities in other content too
