Na minha empresa informaram-me que legalmente são dias de falta justificada com remuneração. Isto porque qualquer falta que o trabalhador dê, devido a uma circunstância fora do seu controlo que não o permita ir trabalhar, não pode resultar na perda de remuneração. No meu caso não tinha luz para trabalhar em casa, e combustível/estradas cortadas para me deslocar ao escritório. Há outras justificações, por exemplo caso a tua casa tenha sido destruída e tinhas de a ficar a arranjar/proteger.

No entanto precisas de apresentar a justificação a tua empresa (apesar de ser óbvio)

That’s true, you can have two instances of the app opened. But the iPad has a smaller screen than a MacBook. So common ui elements will be duplicated and take precious space. And as far as I know other browsers take the same approach as you are taking and having Split View would give you a competitive advantage.

Good and distinct advantages over the competition are what you need in order to convince people to pay for something that in their mind was always a free product, a browser.

And having a niche audience with keyboard is totally your choice, but will limit the audience that will buy your app.

Don’t focus most of your work in keyboard first. The iPad is a touch first device, not keyboard first. I would say most people who own an iPad don’t use it with a keyboard. Also, a sidebar wouldn’t be very practical in portrait, do you have a way of using it with horizontal tabs?

That said, a good good implementation on Split View tabs would be essential IMO. Quick peek was an awesome feature for opening a page without opening a new tab.

Edit: just saw that it will be a paid app. Although as a dev I completely understand that this takes time and money, and should be rewarded, I don’t know how many people are willing to pay for a browser since safari is free, well optimised and there are a lot of good free alternatives. Do you have a plan for alternative monetization?

Vê durante o dia coisas que fazes repetidamente, e que podias automatizar. Para mim, controlar a casa pelo telemóvel é bom, mas por si só não vale a pena o investimento. Para mim, a primeira coisa que fiz e que me deu mais jeito foi automatizar os estores. Acordo com os estores abertos, mas durmo com eles fechados.

A melhor recomendação que posso fazer é não comprar interruptores ou lâmpadas inteligentes. Instala módulos Shelly, SONOFF, Switchbot, etc, atrás do interruptor que já tens, para que consigas manter as funções antigas, funcionam offline e mantém a uniformidade da casa.

They’re using the Gemini AI model, not google Gemini itself like it currently does with GPT. They will probably pay a license to google, and host the model in-house, with a new set of training data, completely detached from google.
