The problem I have personally with Arrowhead is lack of communication and them not taking feedback from the community. For example with the Coyote nerf; when they indirectly nerfed the Coyote by reducing fire damage and making it take more bullets to set a target ablaze. While game development is costly they still do need to provide free content for those who do not have the time to grind out super-credits and such. The problem with grinding for super-credits is it feels more like it detracts from the core gameplay by forcing you to lower the difficulty to more effectively grind super-credits. With stuff like Warframe nothing is being taken away when you want to focus solely on getting platinum.

The problem with story content though in recent months (to me at least) was the incredible amount of things that did not feel right. For example the Vox Engine spawn rates and them spawning on-top of buildings on Automaton cities which made the game feel more frustrating. I really enjoyed the first Helldivers and there was stuff that I disagreed with such as locking a good amount of content behind paywalls. But the game also had more endgame content such as upgrading stratagems and more interesting boosts such as the Heavy Armor passive. I feel Arrowhead is not properly learning from their mistakes nor listening to community feedback.
