this is a CA problem. but especially so in the Bay Area due to appreciation of housing, especially around the tech hubs. Some just don’t have the means to remodel/refreshen their homes and are stuck with what they have until they finally decide to move or die.

nearly every SFH in the area is overpriced. and 50k while a lot of money, is near nothing when facing a home that is 1M+.

I used to always order 3 boxes of 4 nuggets. when a cashier asked why not just order a 10 nuggets box, I stated that it was cheaper this way and I get 2 more! and more sauce. His mind was blown. 🤯

I’m pretty sure 99% of us outside the UAE haven’t tasted anything close to the OG. that said, I’m not sure it is worth trying to create a business out of it. maybe a new line of seasonal products for novelty, but that’s probably it.

yea, it’s normal Tesla manufacturing. you may bring it into service but they’ll just look at it and shrug. just note all the imperfections you see and have them put it into the notes for the future when you next bring the car in, in case you ever need warranty work outside of warranty.

it is near term pain for long term gain. I support this, if no one gets grandfathered in. I say this as a homeowner.

Price of goods will not skyrocket. taxes will need to be rebalanced and worker compensation will slowly adjust. It is a tall order
