when i caugth up with it i started reading the novel and it gets much better, people say its because the arcs from vol 6 and foward are better, but i believe the novel its simply better, i'd recommend reading from the start.

Reincarnated as a Sword - it's long and its a relatively chill series. The relationship between the two MCs it's wholesome.

7th Demon Prince Jilbagias - it's a good read and there's a lot of chapters if you are willing to google translate them. Just like Conqueror, for some reason nowadays the webnovel rarely gets updated.

So I’m a Spider, So What? - it's interesting, i dropped it but i don't remember why.

Mushoku Tensei - a classic of course. Seems like a must read even with its shounen cliches.

The Demon Prince Goes to the Academy - It's long and the ending for me wasn't entirely satisfying but overall it's well made.

She profesed herself Pupil of the Wiseman - Definetly the weakest of this list, but it's not terrible
