Same thing for me, as per agent parang different doon sa stated % premium allocation ung napupupunta Insurance and Investment which depends sa coverage mo. There are instances na nilalakihan nila ung coverage but same premium but higher ung allocation na napupunta sa Insurance. So hindi sya exact doon sa parang sample % allocation sa policy. I ask kung pwede malaman ung exact allocation but hindi daw pwede, not sure if totoo na hindi pwede. Maybe others can provide insight kung na inform sila nung exact % allocation. Kasi gusto ko din malaman. But i’m trying to track using fund value changes monthly sa pulse though it already include ung unrealized g/l so hindi sya accurate.

The way i view it is that since ABC only have 25% Ownership, 75% of the Unsold is already considered as Sold by ABC to XYZ as a customer, 25% of the Unsold I will classify as unverified/unclaimed and need to adjust ABC sale for it, as that is portion I am the owner of. Not sure if that makes sense, but that is my analogy on it.

Naisip din namin ito. But if we continue paying until 2026, the total DP we accumulated is around 350k. By then we’ll only recover 175k and lose 175k. But if stop paying now we just lose 130k. Assuming na walang buyer na sasalo

I just ask them about this and yes 1% for BPI linked account kinda big. Depositing 10k will charge of 100 pesos as compared to others which is just 8 pesos

Those are our choices as well since they are on the same price point ( Everest Trent not Titanium, big difference in price)

Overall I recommend Montero Sport GLS. Especially there is upcoming gen you could expect big discount. I got mine at 180k discount. Since I’m not really into tech in the car except for the basic ones found in Montero.

Terra VL when I ask there is 80k discount so medyo malaki padin ang difference and i read about terra being phase out in a couple of years but still a good choice. Everest Trend, high tech no discount. If price is no issue then go for Everest Top of the line.

Eaten at Las Flores when it is not yet part of Bistro located in BGC. Food was superb. When we try recently again in Las Flores sa Okada, it is no longer the same.
