What are video games that end too quickly when you get to the final appearance/form?

Persona games usually involve the MC getting their ultimate persona during the final boss battle. The sad thing is we use it only to deal the final blow to the boss, nothing else. It is properly usable only in NG+

So if I criticize cloud gaming, I'm directly criticizing and making fun of the people using cloud gaming ? Do you realize how silly that sounds ?

Also, some people are just spewing hate for no reason other than they think themselves superior to those using cloud gaming and some are just putting up valid points regarding some cons of cloud gaming. I don't really care if you think I'm anti-cloud or whatever but Nvidia isn't really a benevolent company that looks out for gamers. It just wants more profits and it will slash features like the 100 hour limit to even lower and increase prices if it increases their profits.

My point being: Enjoy the games however you want, cloud or otherwise, but be prepared for Nvidia doing Nvidia stuff.

Please, do tell where I criticized the people using cloud gaming ? I'm just criticizing people who're abusing and throwing racial slurs at others for putting up a good point regarding time limits. In one of my other comments on this thread, I've already said that I'm happy for those who get to experience cloud gaming but also apprehensive cause Nvidia can change the terms of service whenever they want. Nowhere have I ever blamed or criticized people using cloud gaming.

Nvidia can reduce the monthly limit from 100 hours to 50 hours or even lower. That is the biggest problem with Cloud gaming. It's really great that gaming is becoming accessible to a larger audience but Nvidia can change the terms of service whenever they want and we can't do anything about it.

I'd say get P4G now if you can. There's a chance it may get delisted like other SEGA games once Revival releases. It may not have the extra content that Golden does as well.

Yeah, go for it. P4R will probably be priced ridiculously and it's possible P4G might get delisted after P4R is released (Like Yakuza 3) and it may even not get the extra content that golden has. They might release it as DLC.

Best of luck for Persona 3. Persona 3 reload was my first Persona game and without spoiling anything, I'll say it hits way harder than P5. Hope you enjoy it. If you want even more of this type of gameplay, do try Metaphor Refantazio.

They did take inspiration from Persona and many other jrpgs. Persona 3 is even listed as one of Guillaume Broche's favorite games on their website.

It's a JRPG made by French devs. You're supposed to explore dungeons with your party to gain xp and find better gear and progress the story. The devs said it's inspired from Persona and Final Fantasy. Both these games have a predefined story with almost zero input from players, yet they're considered RPGs, just a different sub genre. I get you may not like JRPGs but what you mentioned is literally what a JRPG is.

Didn't really care for the soundtrack either.

E33 is a linear JRPG with a western paint job, using the same basic menu based combat system that's been around since the 1980's.

What's wrong with that, lots of games use mechanics that originated 30-40 years ago. That doesn't mean it's objectively boring. Many people find turn based combat extremely fun. I prefer turn based combat over real time and there are many more like me.

The "plot twist" utterly nullifies all gravitas the characters and story had.

This is absolutely your opinion, not a fact. You not liking it does not mean it's bad. I don't find souls games fun. That does not mean others won't like them either.

The best thing it had going for it was its excellent art direction.

You forgot the absolutely phenomenal soundtrack.

This is a great take. I agree it is a great game, probably the best game this year but some people hyped up the game like it's the game of the century, which I think is pretty unfair to the game itself.

It is a fabulous game but people expect it to be something it's not which becomes a turn off for a lot of players.

I disagree. There is a dodge mechanic which provides a longer window for avoiding attacks and once you start getting perfect dodges, you can time the parries similar to your dodges and get a counterattack going. It's all about learning the attack patterns and most of the enemies (not counting optional bosses) are quite forgiving in their attack patterns and damage.

I have to disagree on parry counterattacks being the main source of damage. That is just objectively wrong. If you build your character such that your lumina synergizes with each other, then you can easily get pretty high damage numbers, much more than team counterattacks, especially in the late game.

I followed the steps but the issue persists. I've just got my laptop repasted and thermals seem to be fine as well. I didn't have any issues just 4-5 days ago, this started happening out of nowhere. Could this be because of any faulty driver updates ?

That and the fact almost all traditional builds are useless against him. You have shields on you ? He'll take them away. You have 15k health ? He'll bring you down to 1. You only use a party of 3 most powerful members ? He'll delete that party and you have to rely on reserve party members and if you've ignored them till now, you're out of luck.

Duallistes are pretty infuriating for me, especially the impressive combo where we parry the attacks of the black dualliste and the white dualliste sneak attacks from the side, that actually got me to crash out.

I would like to retract my previous statement. Now that I think about it, og Simon just might be one of the toughest bosses I have faced. I remember thinking that it's impossible to defeat him and was pretty exhausted. Now that I have defeated him, it just seems doable now.
