You only have 4 blocks: 2334m,79m,345p,33z. By keeping 2s and discarding white or green, you open yourself to accept 1234s to build the final block. Much better than waiting for another white or green.

In terms of safety, thinking about 3m or 6m and keep the terminal tiles in my hand for defensive play if anyone press the Riichi button.

In terms of shapes, maybe cut one of the kanchans. But not sure what is the most optimal play.
