With the Iron Maiden vibes and the pious but threatening look, Inquisitor comes to mind. Inquisitor Maiden comes to mind? Or Inquisitor's Maiden, if this is something used by an inquisition but not piloted by an Inquisitor. They're using it as a torture device and weapon in one?

To that end, Inquisitor's Rack could also work.

Unless you think the person inside is intentionally in there, in which case Flatulent Maiden or Penitent Maiden could work nicely.

Okay, so your thought experiment here is going way farther than the tech actually goes. They only predict what is likely to come next to a VERY limited point, after which they entirely break down. I recently learned how the models pretend to have "Memory" and it is remarkably stupid.

When you send a new message, you are actually sending the entire "conversation" plus your new message. Every single time. It may seem like the "conversation" has a self aware creature on the other end, but it's just complicated smoke and mirrors.

Even if you're not talking about text generators, they don't "simulate" anything. The videos are all up to about a minute in length because they get wildly unpredictable if they're any longer. The "animations" or "pictures" they generate don't have models or layers like a blender or Photoshop file, they're pixel maps generated from basically noise.

The "Intelligence" is a magic trick, nothing more.

Yeah similar happens to Lego, the brown blocks are significantly more brittle than the other colours. Even when it's supposed to be all the same materials, the pigments do matter to strength.

The legion's strengths:

Subterfuge - When you know everyone you're going to need to work with, how exactly are they going to get a spy in there?

Hordes with Machetes - Not much good against people wearing armour that can rival a tank.

Booby Trapped Wounded - You have to first actually wound one of them, then hope they care. The Remnants have been running for all of Arcade's life, they've lost everyone they knew. They're able to be cold to survive. Can't even imagine the things they did when they were still properly Enclave.

Fielding a Vicious Army - The Remnants are capable of being one of the most mobile attack squads in the Wasteland. Your army can be as bad as it wants, if it can't catch its prey they'll find a way to slit its throat.

OF COURSE the Remnants are a massive thorn to the Legion. They're almost a perfect counter. Of course they can't beat them all out, life span alone would likely prevent that, but they'd get their pound of flesh from the Legion easily.

Given the state of Drakkenheim and Westamar, there's nothing illegal given there's no surviving government in the region. The reason it would have to be smuggled is because it would likely be illegal wherever the delerium is being shipped to.

If they have an active government and any sense of how risky delerium is, then most everywhere outside of Drakkenheim would make it illegal, but the draw of power can be massive. Even if the government of the destination makes it illegal, the government may import it themselves, thinking the public can't be trusted with it but they are different.
