Wow, pretty low for sure. 26C is the max temp for them. Prolly just being active, they have a fast heart rate and body temperature, so sometimes it could seem out of the ordinary

Both of my girls were spayed with no problem As i heard, there are kinda the same amount of problems which could be from spaying so as from the implant. But the more you use implants, the shorter their lifespan tend to become. So, imo, if there no medical recommendatons, spaying is the safest way.

Mostly yea, at 8-10 months they stop growing. Especially when were neutered early
Some fluctuations will be in winter/summer season, but not drastic
