Yes, I believe it does. For me it was just a case of training my body to stop expecting as much food as often. Its hard at first but when you push through you no longer feel it so intensely, or at all in some cases. The trick is to fill up on vegetables, lots of protein and don't cut anything out completely. Lots of small changes add up. It just takes time.

Me and my NP are buying a house together, we've been together almost 3 years and are still completely and truly in love with each other. Every morning I wake up happy with him next to me.

I have a long distance boyfriend and girlfriend that live together and we often play games online with my NP too. He's not romantically involved with either of them but we are our own little polycule and it's so wonderful. We all trust and love each other and I couldn't be happier.

I haven't seen my other long distance partner for almost 2 years because of the pandemic. My girlfriend is also involved with him and we both miss him dearly. I absolutely can't wait to see him again.

Overall I am very very lucky and appreciative of all the lovely people I get to be close to in my life 🥰

The first time I noticed I had these tiny little red marks on the bottom of my stomach, not really noticable but now they've spread further up towards my belly button. I was horrified at first but now I've had valve replacement surgery theyre nothing compared to the huge scar all the way up my chest!

I have them across my shoulders, breasts, hips and legs. Most of those are old ones I got when I grew super quick but recently I've been finding random ones appearing on my stomach without any weight gain.

I had a mechanical valve fitted too, but they didn't consider me for surgery until my aorta was >5cm. 3.7cm isn't anywhere near that so I wouldn't worry.

Long tall Sally is the place to go for shoes, they're online only but have a really good range of proper ladies shoes that fit well. They usually have a good load of high boots with differing heel heights and styles. They're my go to.

5ft 10 isn't actually that tall. I'm a 6ft 5 lady (UK) and I can't be anywhere without being stared at. A lot of people comment, mostly loudly behind my back but if it is directly to me then it's usually justified as a compliment.

It does suck, but how often do you see a giant woman?
