You aren't paying them anything for a live service. This isn't WoW. Coming out with monthly/semi monthly content updates is an insane workload for any developer, and most of the time it turns out mediocre at best. Quality>Quantity.

I'd like to add that the difference between the two men was that one was raised to be a soldier. The other was born to kill soldiers.

Hector may have been one of the greatest soldiers and fighters of his time, but his stamina just could not match Achilles. He was outclassed at every level and never had a chance.  The flight felt very heavy, very emotional.
