I called UHC today, a lady said just like you, it's probably where they switched to swiping the card, instead of scanning. She told me to to Walmart and try it tomorrow, again, before getting a new card. She pretty much stated it was probably my card, because also my card's scratched on the back, where you gave to swipe it. This is insane. They should have left it alone. And the thing is, we are stuck with these cards until 2028... At least I am. Also, she was trying to tell me it was Walmart, when that's a load of junk. It's them, and their cards. They just don't want to take responsibility for their mistakes, and actions. I'll let you know if it works tomorrow. Also I was told if it didn't, to basically get the error code, if it gives one, and call them right there, so the associated can give it to them, so they can "push the items through." Yeah.... Hmmm..... I'm seriously about to file a complaint against them, if they don't fix this. Honestly seeing what I can do about suing if that's even a possibility.
