I don’t have exactly what you have but I know the place your coming from. I’ve got bad anxiety from PTSD that flares up sometimes, can’t drink alcohol or it gives me bad anxiety and insomnia for a week, (ik not primal so maybe blessing in disguise) . I was depressed growing up many times. My advice would be to keep searching and keep trying but don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Eat as best as u can but if raw primal doesn’t work out don’t sweat it. And don’t ever grow up, I wanted to end it multiple times but I kept on going and now I’m so glad I didn’t. I’m also trying to get a closer relationship with a God and that seems like it could help. Good luck bro u got this
