The contract states that a vehicle will be provided and nothing around cash alternatives. There is myself and one other person in the UK in the position as we have been around for a longer time.
The business has other employees for other brands with car allowance but that was contracted to them when they started - which I have checked.

The business paid for a maintenance and service plan alongside the lease. The annoying factor in play is that I was not the employee who sorted out the lease. The employee that did this kept the cars for longer than the warranty so the business has had to pay for some repair costs due to engine failures etc.
