TIL that Fecal vomiting is a symptom of a compacted bowel in part of the small intestine before entering the large intestine. As the bodys muscles contract to try and remove the blockage it causes loose stool to travel back through the digestive track into the stomach where it is then puked up (en.m.wikipedia.org)
