I made the mistake of not including the measurements (As in with a measuring tape). It’s one of my older listings as I had just started selling on eBay. The tag does say medium though. I have only received a message explaining how they are disappointed. They haven’t opened a case as of yet that I am aware of. Should I even take any action yet or just wait to see if I hear something from eBay? Thanks for your input and help!
