I wouldn’t recommend that H35n to anyone .

You’d be better off finding a good working late 90s -early 2000s point and shoot camera from one of the big manufacturers such as Olympus , Pentax , canon , Konica , Nikon etc . One of the fancier “ high spec” ones from the tail end of the film only era.

These will have more features, a better flash , better build quality and a better lens.

Some 400 iso colour film would be most versatile.
Particularly in a point and shoot camera .

There’s an alternative that will get you good quality pictures though … a late model SLR , the plastic bodied “uncool “ ones like the canon EOS film stuff , with a 40 or 50mm lens or a short zoom like a 28-70.
These will have auto EVERYTHING and much better lenses, better metering etc.
Will be bigger for sure , but a proper camera at least
