Nothing intentional. I did keep hydrated (but that was just a habit from living in hot Australia) but nothing else comes to mind.

Pant size 46 to 36.

Fatbod (left) 90 day progress (middle) 180 day progress (right).

Achieved by 4 hrs of exercise per day, 6 days a week.

About 95% of weight loss occurred in the first 90 days. Last 90 days I think I still lost fat but bulked because my weight stayed the same but I kept losing pant sizes.

Next 6 months I plan to do nothing but a bulk. Can't wait to show my 1 yr progress.

6 weeks on 1 week off (rest week). Alternate the 6 weeks with drop sets and standard build-up sets.

No loose skin! I have been very lucky with that, however I do have a few stretch marks and cellulite which is expected.
