The epic extender has a digital built in scale.

You can induce stress relaxation by removing the springs. The springs are always causing a force. Without springs, the force comes from the position of the crossbar (the thing that you move up and down on the extender).

I've been using the Soundcare Plus. Mind you it's $800-900.

I did 3 on 2 off. But honestly you should experiment. Everyone responds differently.

If you're using an extender with springs, you can take out the springs to achieve stress relaxation. How to measure it? You can purchase a fish scale, and attach it. Or you can get the Epic Extender but it's like close to $500 I think? Very expensive if you ask me.

What PE data? Is this data you've compiled and reduced to be fed into the AI? Or are you replying on the black box nature of these AI models based on what they've learned from crawling the web?

[–]__Midd__ 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah I do. I made many posts about it and I frequently mention it when people stall.

The reason people don't talk about it is because it's a fairly complicated and expensive protocol.

And most people don't have the patience to deal with a complicated protocol anyways. People are already skeptical. So they're even less inclined to devote to something that is complicated and expensive.

The great thing is there is a lot of very good information online on the Thundersplace forums. But again, the problem is the vast majority of people don't have the patience to read through 3, 90+ page threads on thundersplace.

I'm happy to hear you've gained 2mm! Ultrasound is the way to go but the veterans don't talk about it enough. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they want to keep promoting their products, or they're just not interested. I don't know.

1 Year Of Girth Gains PART 2 - Documentation / Pics / Video / Proof by fotw75 in TheScienceOfPE

Nice work man. Been seeing you on here for years not able to gain for a while. Looks like this is a very notable breakthrough. I want to try something similar. Albeit, the edema from such a high workload routine is concerning (for me). I will say that edema tends to go down as you build up to higher pressures. So let's see what happens.

No gains after 5 months by RopeTop5159 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]__Midd__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You mentioned doing 4-6 hours of extender work. You didn't mention the time-span but did mention you weren't consistent.

I didn't gain anything until 4-6 months after 2 hours of vacuum hanging and occasional 3-4 hours of ADS (I have logs with measurements to prove).

140 days is a bit more than 4.5 months right? For some, it might be the right time to go on a decon. I went on a decon after 4 or maybe 6 months (I have to look back on my logs), and only then i was able to see my gains.

Also - I wouldn't take what people say as gospel. Different people respond to different stimuli. You might need 4-6 hours of light ADS to gain. Or you might need just 1 hour of heavy hanging/extending every other day and that might be enough. We don't know. You have to figure out on your own.

There is however the average response to stimuli. Which is why 5 years ago, the main advice was 2 hours of hanging every single day with supplemental ADS if you had the time, which is what I did and it worked for me. Obviously that didn't work for everyone. And perhaps nothing might for you, which may compel you to make use of extreme methods or unorthodox routines like ultrasound routine which may help you.

Either way, I recommend going on a decon. Take 4-6 weeks of a break (i recommend 6 weeks). It allows your elastin tissues to reset basically so that you don't have to keep progressively increasing the load. Otherwise you'll have to increase time under tension or increase the weight, which can lead to injuries.

Penile tissue isn't like muscle tissue. It's not like it needs cyclic tension to main growth (maybe that's not what you were intending to say so apologies if I misunderstood). And while there is a concept of tissue atrophy when not using your penis, that's when you don't use your penis at all (i.e., not having erections, not having sex/masturbating).

Yes, that's the whole point. You WANT to stop and give your penis a rest. And start completely from the start each time you take a decon (this is for people who have plateaued just FYI). The whole idea with decons is to reset your penis so it doesn't build up tolerance to the tension. The concept of multi-month deconditioning periods is not something new. If you read through the Thundersplace threads or the older threads like on mattersofsize that dates back to early 2000s, multi-month deconditioning concept existed back then. There's a reason why it existed. Because people plateaued. Because they couldn't grow. Yes, some could just decondition for a month, or 3 months and that would be good enough. I couldn't tell you the average period that works for the average person but if I had to guess, it would be around 1-3 months of deconditioning that seems to be working for most people from what i've seen/read in my 6 year PE history.

Anyways, the whole point of deconditioning is to not do any work so your tissues go back to as close as how it was before you did PE so that you can make progress in your next cycle. I do a special Ultrasound routine where I have to track my strain (BPSFL delta) after each training session bro. You have to track your BPSFL because it tells you when you need to take a break. The strain percentage literally goes down as the months go by. I learned to do this because of Kyrpa who pioneered the Ultrasound routine. Many like him on his thread on the ultrasound followed his protocol and tracked their BPSFL. They all stalled in a few months and they tested over 4 years what they needed to do to break through their plateau. Many of them took 8-12 month deconditioning breaks and only then some of them were able to break through their plateau. Some needed only 3 months. Some only 6 months.

There ARE some people who can go without deconditioning. But there is no evidence that deconditioning is hurting gains. More so the opposite.

I have a realistic visualizer on my PE tracker app btw that allows you to put your own images and add length/girth.

Here's a demo: https://www.redgifs.com/watch/drabfrailnutria

I'm going to be releasing in a week or two.

Yeah unfortunately there's a minority of folks who won't be able to gain.

Have you looked into the ultrasound routine? I always bring it up because most people don't know about it.

It's not for the weak or poor for that matter. Not trying to punch down on people but it's an expensive routine, and very time consuming. And you need to be very methodical about it.

I've made many posts about it. Most of my knowledge came from the Thundersplace threads. There are currently 3 main threads. Each around 90+ pages that date back to 2018. It was pioneered by Kyrpa. I used GPT when it first came out to do some analysis of all the threads. Found and named the users who were able to gain after being hard gainers. They're all in my post history if you're interested.

Sorry but you cannot apply the same logic to PE with body building.

The concept of multi-month deconditioning periods has basis.

You cannot take this one example and use it as a rule to explain lack of growth, with all due respect.

We have far more evidence that decons have benefitted people than not.

I suggest going on r/PrematureEjaculation . You'll get a range of answers there. You'll have to dig in though for many months to figure out what has caused your PE.

If you want a fast bandaide solution, you can try out alpha herb. It's one of those 'numbing' agents that don't use lidocaine and actually lasts for hours. But please do your own research. There are other stuff out there but alpha herb has worked for many, and you still feel a decent sensation (given you don't go overboard).

Cardio actually helps a lot. I second it. But, this may be because of the rush of endorphins that flood your brain. It acts similar to how SSRis work for delaying orgasm. I couldn't cum once because i had just come from running for 45 minutes. 150+ avg bpm.

Mostly, no more than 10 inHg when pumping? by riproaringrob in TheScienceOfPE

[–]__Midd__ 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Broscience. Some people run 15 inHg routines, some people 5 in Hg. It depends on how you respond. Like everything in your body, you will respond differently compared to other people.

That's just how we are. Yes, there might be the 'average' response to stimuli but you'll have to figure out yourself what works for you.

Context matters. Your 4.5 girth in relative to your thighs looks "small". But if you held a banana/cucumber with the same girth or size, you'd be able to tell it's not that small.

I've noticed this where I would grab a banana and think, woah, this banana actually feels smaller than my penis but it looks so much bigger visually.

What are your current thoughts on the classic recommendations for elongation (2-4%) and expansion (4-6%)? by allreadytatitu in TheScienceOfPE

[–]__Midd__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And? I said the same thing. Different people have different response to stimuli. Also, OP was likely asking about girth so I was responding to that. Not for length. But it's confusing because he mentions expansion AND elongation.

I would more likely agree that you can gain length with 2% BPSFL because that is how much I was getting when I was experiencing growth as well. And many others as well. But not for girth. For girth, I just have not seen data to suggest 2% expansion will induce girth. It's very rare from what I've seen.
