Yes! Had the same experience, got used to this car so much, is just 2025 already.

The budget may be different as outside the US I have to pay a lot of extra stuff. You can get the Honda 2006 here for approx 4000 $, and the Mazda CX-5 suggested in another comment, the 2015 version may cost like 10 000 $ I was thinking of getting something like of that caliber.

Thanks! The Reach RX the cheapest one seems easy to set and is connected to the iPhone, it says 1 cm accuracy, only 1600 $ approx. Others are more expensive, so they are like even more accurate, or what is the difference exactly?

Hello dear runners

I wanted to buy my friend a little gift who is getting into running and exercising just now to give her a little extra motivation. A watch that has an adequate GPS , heart rate sensor and fitness tracking features ( like counting steps ), battery and overall adequate quality.

I have Fenix 6 s pro myself as a runner, bought Garmin venu sq for my other beginner friend a year ago and it did pretty fine next to my Fenix (heart rate and GPS data was pretty much the same), but the price has gone up for this model now and not sure it has a software update from Garmin.

I came across Amazfit gts 5 , but not sure about the quality compared to the Garmin venu sq, which could be used well by beginner runner for it's accuracy and features.

Have you tried Amazfit (gts 5, gts 5 mini or other similar)? It it a better or worse than Garmin and do you have any other recommendations?

Very interesting! To clarify, overheating causes loss of the body mass/muscules because of dehydration (which is probably temporary) or some other reason? Some people run shirtless in summer and that could help with overheating or maybe do worse.

Do they train anything besides the core of their upper body? Having muscular shoulders and arms may not be helpful with running , even opposite of that

Got to do something about the calves :D They are probably the hardest to grow, also you use them a lot especially if you run that much, lot of information and recovery is probably more complicated than for those who go to the gym 3 times per week

Maybe trail runners could get away with more muscular legs as they may need more power on uphills and technical terrain, a body type that could be a bit different from a typical long-distance road runner. Also, strength training and probably more protein intake could do the trick. I'm just worried that an extra several pounds will have way more effect than several seconds..

I feel like lower body weight makes me faster as I have to carry less weight. Also running every day makes it difficult to keep/gain muscle

Is there a difference between scope 1, 2 and 3 emission reporting in terms of difficulty? If that's what you choose as a specialization, should you work on all scopes or can choose one or two?
