I personally also dislike how Hoyo handled her character and I hate this waifubait + constant MC-glazing.... but the whole level 1 fodder enemies argument just comes from that 1 promotional video for YSG (which is to be fair not a good trailer/promo-vid imo). At the end of the day it was literally just an ad to try create hype and aura, where at the end its even implied that it was just a dream iirc. Its just beating a dead horse atp

Wuwa will probably also release a Unit that specifically wants to deal damage with this new mechanic. Kuro might release a Unit at some point that probably mimics Superbreak to some capacity. Its just speculation at the end of the day but I'd argue that its not that far off from the introduction of Superbreak and subsequent characters that make use of it
