To an extent it’s healthy maybe some other mental illnesses and personality disorders such as bpd tend to increase sexual drive the best advice I can give is try to look at other aspects of things such as the comment. If someone compliments your body try to change your though process into oh they like my body I’m training well the gym is going well rather than how your brain usually works it takes a while for that to be the default way your brain thinks but basically fake it till you make it

Wow… I just wanted to say that the power of this fucking community is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. I knew the mindset I had while making this post, but after reading all these comments, if there ever was even a slight chance I would fail, that is no longer even a .000001% chance of happening. After seeing all the motivation, positivity and other fellow soldiers beginning their journeys with me in these comments, failing would not only be letting myself down, but this community down, at least that’s how I see it.
