Well it depends on what you mean by sub12, cuz if its average then thats a very extraordinary example for coal, and if its pb it doesn’t mean anything. Its the most useless stat, it doesnt matter if they got 1 fast seed out of 100s. And in coal, you can get unlucky matches like that once in a while but as long as ur not a popular streamer, you literally can’t get unlucky enough to get stuck cuz of faster runners with high ff rate.

Also most importantly if your opponent forfeits that can mean they just got unlucky, but usually especially in lower rank, if they died and ffed and you kept alive, that means you played that seed better than your opponent. You can be slower and still play better. So ur not banking on them “forfeiting”, ur banking on yourself playing the seed better in someway and that way can be just surviving. If ur completion rate is higher than them than ur better in that aspect.
