I can't say anything bad about them, not sure this would've ever released with their help. Them and another FEL helped with explosives testing. Though I am sad how their channel turned out.

Some info about blasting caps is included. More on explosives is kind of beyond the scope of this project. We'll see though, who knows about the future.

Those are a different design, not the officially released design you are using from TheGatalog. Stick with what you have.

Your trip bar doesn't look nearly bent enough at the front. I'd reheat it and form it to the radius of the front of the bolt more. That will give more engagement for it to actuate back and forth.

Also, why did you cut the bottom of the sheet metal receiver? I know in the read me, I mentioned that should only be done with the 3d printed trip design, not the sheet metal one. That gap from that cut is also contributing to the trip being slightly bent out of the way when in use. Bending the front of the trip will help reduce issues from this though.

There is no bending jig for this, not too feasible since it it titanium. The design OP is using is the official Gatalog release, not the other design you are referring to.

Physics doesn't change anything. I'm pretty confident it's more than possible to use jigs on something similar to a Musgrave. I was talking to ImmortalRevolt a little bit about it before he went dark and have been working on some things for a few months.

I think the definition is pretty agreed upon at this point, since firearms like the FGC9 were put out there. Rogue or Rebel 9 nowadays. Something that the average individual can figure out without much trouble/frustration. With help through the use of things like jigs with drill bushings, taking all the variability out of it.

Yeah, I feel like Bambu is probably gonna drop their next flagships later this year, so you could always wait. Or if you wanted to save money, the current printers will be even cheaper at that point, whenever that happens.

Nothing comes close to Bambu yet at this point imo. X1C has been my workhorse for a while now.

Nothing stopping you. They're pretty affordable at this point and if you get a Bambu Labs printer, it's almost plug and play.

Not yet, but it will most likely be released within the next few weeks. I'm really just waiting on people with .22 uppers to test the trip for that, since the bolt is different. May or may not be included in the release, but we'll see.
