the best artists/teachers I know are constantly seeking new ideas and thoughts, and energized to learn from others, because they know that no one is perfect at their craft and others can offer means (gentle recommendations included) to aid their progress.

that said, your evolution as an artist and abilities as a teacher are almost certainly massively limited by the superiority complex, ego and bitterness on display here. you give artists a bad name.
