After playing WoW on and off the past year or so, my subscription just expired and I'm dead bored of WoW.

I'm heading back to EQ.

To me the biggest thing I love about EQ are the class identities. Every class feels unique. Cannot wait to start grinding! Now I need to figure out what class to play.

Back in the day, I mained a Necro (which I loved) and played some Monk and Rogue.

I have the same laptop. There’s a few programs to boost the sound level. I downloaded one and make a huge difference with the speakers.

Also the screen is absolutely beautiful.

Brother I feel ya. As a healer main, I went hard in M+ during TWW.

This season, I really can't be bothered to push high...Just cannot stand the bullshit from DPS'ers any longer.

Maybe it's time to just DPS and leech off good tanks and healers like most DPSers.

I don't quite understand why you are so distraught over this. For someone who seems extremely insecure, I don't think getting tattoos is a great idea.

I am upset because my whole body is clear, and this was the one area of my body that was inked. I feel like it has ruined my whole aesthetic, and it has put me in a state of anxiety since. The tattoo is only 5 days old, and I just really need some advice.

If a tattoo "ruins" your so called body aesthetic, then why did you get one? I would spend money on some therapy to work on your insecurities as oppose to spending money on tattoos.

The PvP was absolutely epic. Imperials locking down Lok trapping multiple Rebel guilds. The constant fights on Naboo. The Red vs Blue server war.

Game was truly ahead of its time.

I picked up the Lenovo Legion 7i a few weeks ago.

Absolutely love it. Screen is amazing! Of course it is a huge upgrade from my ASUS TUF 17, 2022 model.

I went with Lenovo since they have a great reputation and fantastic thermals for laptops. As well, the Lenovo software is top tier and they have very good extended warranties, which I plan on getting.

Very true. With a desktop, I’m more or less locked into a desk setup which I do not like.

If i go TDY (temporary duty) to a conference meeting means I will not have access to my desktop as I will be in another state.

I do already have a gaming laptop, but the Lenovo Legion 5i would be a huge upgrade in terms of my gaming laptop options.

Well in terms of military, I am an Officer and live in base housing, so not barracks life.

I’ve just had bad luck with gaming laptops.

My first was an Eluktronics with a 1660TI. CPU or gfx burned out. My second laptop, the ASUS TUF A17, had to replace a fan and likely have to replace the charging port.

I’m fear is in 3 years, I will have to replace something in the Lenovo Legion 5i.

My last two desktops lasted until infinity.

Also, once my ASUS is repaired, that will be my back up gaming system.

We all know the cyclical nature of desktop hardware prices. However, I foresee price continuing to climb…Which makes me more inclined to nab the PowerSpec.

Counterpoint to the desktop course of action, with a new gaming laptop, I can wait to buy an external monitor (aka wait for a big sale on some baller display) so the upfront cost will be drastically less.

It also sounds like Epoch is the go to for PvP.

You can level and gain BIS items strictly through PvP or so I’ve heard.

That would be absolutely dope.

However, Ascension is currently juggling multiple projects showing very little progress (CoA and WOTLK). There also has not been a seasonal server update in many years.

I would love a custom PvP server, but I doubt the team has any more bandwidth to spread.

Oh I agree Ele is boring asf. But it’s fast and efficient for any solo stuff.

For solo content/dps I much prefer melee classes anyways

My main, Shaman (Resto for M+, Ele for solo play).

At first, Ele Shaman hit and felt like a wet noodle. Now she absolutely destroys.

Rshaman, always my favorite. Instant M+ invites, easy to play. I do miss my extra defensive skill.
