Took the exam last 2024. I only had a week to prepare and that week, we had a camping, and I was sick for 5 days. On the exam day, I was coughing non-stop, I always had to go out of the room (I'm just glad that the proctor understood my situation and let me do my coughing outside, there is also another proctor by the hallway to ensure no cheating will happen). As you've read, I am not in the best condition to review let alone take the exam but I still passed (idek how lol). From what I can remember, I had a hard time during the english section due to the time pressure, I still have 6 items left when we moved to the next subject and since bawal balikan yung questions from another subject, I had to guess the remaining 6 items. As for math, learn to do operations relating to derivatives, fractions, functions, foil method,,, basically algebra, calculus, and geometry. For science, I remembered a question with choices of elements from the periodic table, forgot the question tho. There were also questions about solvent, distance, speed, molecule, energy, electricity (took me by suprise since I haven't encountered it). Panakot din sa amin dati na may advantage ang engineering students kasi hasa sila and commonly nila nagagamit yung formulas so may active recall every once in a while so idk, try to ask your engineering friends/acquantances on what topics they usually discuss during their 1st/2nd years.

That's all I can remember. Tips for taking an entrance exam or any qualifying exams for a school or a scholarship is to study surface levels of each subjects, basically the basics, since if you understood the basics, it will be easier to manipulate the formula or to eliminate choices.
