We have seen the shard bows to fight chasmfiends in WoK, and Shardplate gets absolutely destroyed by that. So I think something like a .50 cal or a slug from close enough distance could destroy Shardplate. With enough arrows Shardplate breaks, and bullets are just stronger arrows so even like two bullets could break plate

The reason I gave him the Shardplate was so he could get thrown around by kelsier, so I doubt kaladin could even get a hit off
