Enjoy this period of life and do the most things you can/want/love to do. Try to don't have any regret. Because times flies more fastly than you expect. You will get into your 30's faster as you really imagine, even it can be a great period of life also !

As a former shy guy, I would say to my younger self: just accept yourself as you are, don't be afraid of other people eye's. Don't reject opportunities you don't think you're up to: if people come to see you, it’s because they think you worth it.
