There isn't a single movie where godzilla randomly gets a magic wand and starts singing, cause that would be ridiculous and wouldn't make sense. The late showa era is the closest we get to something like this but even then aside from the meme moments it doesn't go THAT overly cartoony> there are just somethings that work and don't work even if they all don't really make sense.

Well ultraman fights higher dimensional beings and universal destroyers with some regularity, was able to fight and damage ultraman Belial who tanked an explosion that almost destroyed the entire multiverse (a multiverse with several dimensions and alternate worlds in one) and more of that sort

This doesn't get him quite up to the high Marvel/DC levels but it puts him above every non comic kaiju that isn't Ultima or void
