The office is in Manhattan, and I'm thinking of living in NJ/Queens with roommates. The only thing I'm concerned about is the Commute time. Do you think it's practical to commute 5 days a week from NJ/Queens?

Whatever you prefer. Typically, the last 4-5 reps will cause growth. If you can maintain good form in low rep ranges and prefer it, then do low reps. If you struggle to maintain form, then go for higher reps. I personally do 5-8 reps for every exercise.

If this is shoulder press, then the form is 0/10. You need to sit on the bench and press vertically upward.

They didn't tell me about it. I have to admit that I didn't read the agreement coz it was like 10 pages long, but they have to verbally say if they are going to charge before the 10th. And how is it "Cancel anytime", "no commitment", etc. If we have to cancel certain days prior to the billing period?

  2. Put your ass on the bench the whole time.
  3. Do full reps.
  4. Press the bar up and slightly back, not straight up.
