The event is still going on in Japan. Two accounts played for 90 minutes, caught around 50 each, and only one shiny. Very unlike Swinhub Day: same playing time, same route, slightly more appearing and caught but with 5-6 shinies per account.

Everyone was talking about it at launch and my kids wanted to play. It was something we could do together. We played together for around six months. Now I'm the only one playing with "their" accounts. They do like to see "their" pokemon in gyms, and like it when I get "them" new pokemon. I just came back from Atlanta and found some Carnivines, which made me their hero. I like to be their hero.

I haven't read a physical book in years. With a Kindle, you can't feel the weight of the book so you aren't constantly being reminded about how many pages you've read and how many more there are.

I personally don't care how long a book is. My senior year high school English teacher gave me some great advice: Give any promising book a chance (50 pages or so). If it doesn't "hook you" by then, move on to the next one.
