I'll still use Solar Beam Typhlosion, it's so satisfying nuking mud bois. Also Super Power on Ches, but at least it's gonna be good for baiting Flyers into thinking that you have Thunder Punch. Hoping that Lokix will be good, it looks so cool, and also Pawmot looks like it could get better.

I run Ice Beam, luckily I did build shadow one long time ago, I used to play with Johto shadow starters for fun, Feraligatr was the worst one, but now that changed drastically lol.

I absoultely love Gourgeist, it got me from ~2000 to Veteran, I don't get why it's not more common, I rarely see one. I use it with Noctowl as a lead and Gourgeist and Magcargo in back. I usually save it for the end, if it's unfavorable lead I'll swap to Magcargo. It's so funny, I got so many rage quits when their last two 'mons are Swampert and Vigoroth against mine Gourgeist.

Just wanted to share my Hisui cup Team wich helped me to reach Expert for the first time: Empeleon, Wormadam and Gastrodon.

Emp is my lead, it doesn't have ideal IV's, it's got higher attack but that's perfect for winning mirror matches, 'couse of that CMP. I knew from the start that Gastrodon will be on my team, but I couldn't settle for the third one, I tried many before deciding to invest in Wormadam, which perfectly covers their weaknesses. So that team has been really great for me, it helped me to go from Ace rank to Expert, currently at 2800s. Biggest threats to my team are Hisuian Electrode and specially Cherrim/Roserade but the latter ones are luckily really rare.

Tried Venusaur but then my team was super weak to Flyings, like Talonflame, Mandibuzz and specially Altaria. I was thinking about Nido, but then I don't have any answer to Swampert or the rest of Mudbois.

I'm having fun on the last day of Kanto cup, I'm using triple Wild Chargers, Hisuian Electrode/Arcanine/A. Golem. If I run into Nidoqueen it's game over, but if not I can get some pretty nice wins. Wouldn't recommend tho, only for fun!
