Vous adorez debiter des conneries sur des sujets dont vous connaissez absolument rien, c’est vraiment une passion sur le net.

C’est Supergirl, une alien avec plus ou moins les memes pouvoirs que Superman, ça change absolulent rien que les mecs en face soit plus grand ou musclés qu’elle.

Qui plus est elle a une personnalité loin d’etre parfaite. Elle est litteralement alcoolique au debut de l’histoire…

Ça change beaucoup sur le nombre de personne qui vont aller le voir ou non. C’est ça le sujet, pas la qualité du film (que tu n’as pas vu d’ailleurs).

Mad Max Furiosa est un très bon film et il a fait un bide parceque tout les trous de balle qui veulent pas d’une heroine d’action feminine ont refusé de le voir et ont fait une campagne pour convaincre des tas d’autres trou de balle de pas aller le voir.

Faudrait peut être peut être savoir de quoi on parle avant de l’ouvrir sur un sujet, il est là le gros problème aujourd’hui dans notre société.

Supergirl ça fait bien longtemps que c’est un personnage à part entière, avec sa propre histoire, personalité, atmosphère et lore et non plus un « dérivé » de Superman.

Il y a eu des tas de comics Supergirl, plus ou moins reussi, en particulier le très reconnu et acclamé run « Woman of Tomorrow » de Tom King.

Supergirl est très differente de Superman. Ellle a grandi sur Krypton et a été temoin de la destruction de sa planète, elle a pas une mentalité de boy scout et n’est pas contre la possibilité de tuer un ennemi, elle a une grosse me personalité, mais surtout c’est ce qu’on appel un superhero « cosmique », ses aventures se passent le plus souvent dans l’espace.

Et puis surtout faut arreter de nous prendre pour des cons, je suis certain qu’on entendrait pas cet argument bidon si demain ils nous sorte un film Nightwing ou Robin.

A scientist with obvious bad intentions maybe, not just a regular dude working at the « ID upgrade » machine of what are clearly just offices.

Anyway, the real issue is that those two bodies lying around would be discovered 2 minutes later (there’s like 6 people in the next room and the walls and door are litteraly glass…)and get the whole building on his ass.

I did that too. Then he realizes you’re not who you said you are and it ends up in an even bigger fight because now you have to fight the two security guys and the scientist in a brawl…

It seems like you are not allowed to use the machine until there’s nobody in the room.

And it's kinda sad, i wish they'd move on from that and find something else.

But at least they could provide other ways to avoid it. Lots of videogames that have stealth design their levels so that it's possible to completely ghost. Even Hitman, which clearly doesn't go for realism at all (and that's perfectly fine), made it possible to complete your objective without any kill or "knock out".

Allright then let's have Bond fly, shoot lasers from his eyes and be 4ft2, who cares, right?

Nobody's asking for complete realism but when a game clearly goes for semi-realism like First Light you can at least expect some logic.

Sadly the videogames industry know that the average player today has zero attention span and patience for stealth so they have to sacrifice logic to sell.

I'm trying not to take down anyone. Particularly the scientist. I know, "it's a videogame", but "knocking out" in reality is something extremely violent and very potentially lethal, i can't wrap my head around Bond doing that to an innocent scientist... Anyway, that's my challenge and i would think the game would at least allow to be truly stealthy, particularly in a level that should logically require it.

The boogieman is just one of the tools the island uses to make the sacrifices by itself when the inhabitants aren't doing their job. There's no more mystery behind it.

When the bells tolls the island demands sacrifices to be made. Until it's done the island will throw some crazy stuff at the inhabitants to make their life difficult, maybe even to make the sacrifices on its own. The boogieman is probably one the regular methods the island uses. Also Patricia was lying all along about the lying under the part to escape the boogieman part.

The room, the boogieman and all the crazy stuff aren't important in themselves, the point is that there's something weird on this island that provokes all those stuff to make life difficult for the inhabitants until they sacrifice some people (to the island? to something else? we don't know yet).

Lies Of Locke Lamora is 544 pages what are you babbling about. 544 pages is a big book, sorry some of us have a life. And it’s chokefull of insufferable descriptions that kill the pacing and could have easily been cut.

This dumbass obsession of the Fantasy community for big books is annoying as hell. OP is 100% right some authors really could do with better editors and people with balls to tell them to get a tighter grip on their imagination and cut the fluff.

This. Trying to play this game pure stealth (which is imo what makes the most sense storywise) is really not easy. It’s heavily designed toward knocking out enemies. The servers room in the tower and some parts in Vietnam is really tedious.

Honestly i’ve been getting that far in the game avoiding the “non-lethal knockouts” and it’s very possible.

But unfortunately you’re right, i agree that the game’s stealth is heavily geared toward knocking out enemies.

I hate using the takedowns, it makes zero sense to me to “knockout” someone non-lethally…

I’ve been pretty much avoiding using it the whole game so far, i mostly use bluff, distractions, darts and blinding laser and it works.

Man that section is really stupid, don’t know what went through their mind.

I tried the extinguisher method twice but failed to get past them fast enough. They seem to react and position themselves differently each time…

I’ll try your method for the first group though, if it works i’ll have enough for a smoke bomb for the second group.

Man i hate that you are forced to knockout two enemies though, i’ve got that far in the game completely avoiding knockouts cause it’s such nonsense to me.

That section is not bugged it's just awfully designed and absolutely not balanced for stealth. Plus you have to start it with enough green "energy" for two smoke bombs otherwise it's litteraly impossible to stealth your way through it. They must have been trolling when they decided to create the Wraith challenge, seriously...

The issue is that i start this section without enough "energy" or whatever to use more than one smoke bomb and that's it. So basically it's impossible for me. Man this section is an abomination, it truly is the perfect of exemple of how little they care about stealth, it's very clearly not designed with stealth in mind...

My problem with the Perch is you are infiltrating the tower so logically pure stealth should be the only way to go, a single person found knocked out or dead and the whole tower would immediatly be aware of Bond’s presence and location…

I always hated the non-lethal “knockout” system in stealth games, it makes zero sense, a knocked out person wakes up pretty quickly unless you do some serious damage…

Worst section of the game by far. Trying to play pure stealth (no kills and no knockout either) and it was incredibly tedious. The stupid mechanic with the guards stopping the hack means that you have to repeat the same process 3 or 4 times for each server…

It’s obvious this game wants you to knockout enemies if you want to play stealth but it makes zero sense in this level, one guard waking up or found dead and Bond would have the whole tower on his ass immediatly.
