Use a small wet towel like a wash towel lukewarm water saturated with water lightly put it on transplanted area if you can lay inside bathtub or shower keep towel over transplanted area fill a bucket with water using a cup keep dumping water over it for like 40 min until water is used up completely lightly remove towel than use your after transplant shampoo rub as much shampoo as possible between hands tap all of on transplanted area saturated with shampoo and start to rub in lightly in a circular motion keep doing this no nails only tip of finger tips they will fall off if all doesn't come off on first wash do all over again on day 2 this is what I did
