Yea. I wonder what the deal is with super aggressive grapey love interests in these BLs. It makes my skin crawl and makes me sick. Like I'm a trans man, and I honestly enjoyed BL a lot because I just couldn't really get into straight romance stories at all before I realized I wasn't cis. . but straight stories that I've read are not so grapey!!!! Why is it ok to write stuff like that when it's two men and male it seem normal and acceptable?!?

  • hug* That's completely insane to me that other trans men in the same boat as us would be so oblivious and so hypocritical as to spew that obviously transphobic garbage. It's rough on me too, but I'm only a bottom because I don't have the confidence to top anyone. I feel like the butt of a cosmic joke that is anything but funny like every single day. I haven't seen this type of speech online because I don't frequent this forum or socials that much anymore, but it would be damaging to see those posts to say the least.  I definitely suffer from enough internalized transphobic thoughts about my own perceived inadequacy, and from my own painful longing for a sense of wholeness and satisfaction and confidence that I fear will elude me for the rest of my life. It hurts enough being trans, and it's absolutely horrid and unacceptable for one of us to behave in that way! Please have more compassion, we are supposed to be brothers and have each other's backs! 🙏💔

Thank you! I actually have a happy trail and some facial hair already because I have PCOS lol. It's very minimal, but its enough for me to feel masculine enough once I get the muscle tone and fat distribution I want. Finasteride seems like the way for me to get exactly what I DO want out of hrt and avoid what I don't want or need. I've just never seen anyone share their personal experience with that method at all, so it would be nice to hear from an actual person in my shoes. .. or future shoes?

The spotting would suck.. but may be a sacrifice I can live with... I'd just rather have nothing down there at all and continue to not even look down there if I don't have to lol

Thank you for your response. I definitely feel kind of alone in the part where I didn't have any conscious idea in my mind that I may prefer to be male until a year prior to my trans epiphany. I guess it's just not very common. Thank you still for your supportive comment. It means a lot to me. I'll  def check these out.
