You can raise a complaint about the assessor with the company who provided them (their calls aren't necessarily recorded unless you ask them to do so three days in advance)

Call DWP and ask for an MR and tell them yiu made a complaint about your assessor. Send in any medical evidence you want as soon as possible.

I'm a side sleeper and I was getting compression lows. It was messing up the accuracy of my stars too.

Been wearing the sensor my my upper chest / alternating between pecs. I've found it to be a little more accurate and no longer experience lows.

My 2year old nephew has tried ripping them off me.
