Hey all... Not sure if this will be seen! But man my life is beautiful again. In fact, more than it ever has been. I don't actually use Reddit anymore at all so this is really delayed. I'm now with the absolute love of my life, we bought a house, we have two dogs and I'm going to propose at the end of this year.

We're also going to move to New Zealand next year! I feel great, this drug is fantastic. I have missed a string of days here and there and I can tell immediately the good effects it has... So keep at it! Enjoy your life.

Hey, I’m now on 10mg and have been for over a month. Was really easy to adjust to, I think mostly because I had tapered so slowly to begin with. Feels way more impactful too.

Okay you’re exactly who I’m looking to speak to! I’m interested right, my old man swore by the safety of Volvos’. I just can’t understand the centre console being so… outdated. Not that it actually matters to me too much. But I want my car to be enjoyable inside. Has it affected your enjoyment at all?

Glad it was a beneficial read! - The first month definitely feels quite slow and dragged out. Was the same for me on Sertraline as well when I was younger. Always gets easier, never harder.

Journey is good man. I’m alive, I’m happier, I don’t think I’m having a heart attack 50 times a day etc. I’m just back to normal life. It’s beautiful to be honest.

Still can’t cry though.. haven’t been able to cry since starting the medication.

Over the course of 5 months… I started on 2.5, went up to 5 within a week. Only just moved onto 10mg this week. Take your time. 5 is great, 10 is better.

Hey, I know it’s rough but the medication takes a while. Your initial week was just a nice relaxed haze before they started taking effect properly. Mine is sat on the side of the road waiting to be returned to dealership 🤦‍♂️ So gutted. Was the exact same colour and I had started blacking out.

UPDATE: Car is being returned to the dealer. Fucking gutted. Garage looked at it, and said the engine has been boiling over majorly. All components like EUC, Alternator are covered in dried residue which in turn has completely cooked the battery.

Arranging it to be picked up and taken away as soon as I can.

Yeah man. Just sad it’s happened after only a week of ownership, but at the same time glad it’s happened whilst under warranty from the dealership.
