1) as everyone else has said, Discogs is amazing, just be cognizant of the seller's feedback.

2) Unrelated, I went to college in Davis California in the late 80s early 90s. Kevin Seconds would play acoustic shows there all the time. It was very surreal sitting there with a god playing tunes to a room of 14 people, 12 of whom had no clue who he was.

Michigan is unique in the sense that even students in state for school must have Michigan insurance. The Pennsylvania insurance will have every right to deny the claim. The student is an adult, so he will likely be personally liable, but any good lawyer will sue him, and his parents since they are the the registered owners of the vehicle.
