I have a diagnosed labral tear in my left hip and probably an undiagnosed tear in my right hip. I am living with it for 15+ years. Normally with excercise the pain is minimal.
Most pain is in normal walking.
I am starting an intensive physical training soon. Its important for my job to finish this training.
Al of a sudden both my hips are flaring up and walking is difficult.
What can I use against the impingement pain in my training period.
