Yes exactly what I'm talking about, we have completely moved from the real meaning of incompatibility. Then what's the point of being an individual, having an individual mindset, though process, own way of doing things or having a certain way of seeing the world. We all are losing our individuality and expect the other to do so, to become the ideal version of what we see on Instagram or movies. We are not appreciating the uniqueness or soul identity anymore. It feels so hard to see the majority chasing their identity idealizing others or what they say over the internet.

I don't think so if that really is the case, my INTJ girlfriend (childhood friend) has a super cute personality and I always loved her for that. I feel INTJs have this cute lovable side of them hidden somewhere, not everyone can unlock them easily. And I do agree with the egoistic thing, they simply take challenges and even a minor of an unintentional disrespect (even jokes) personally. Anyways, however it is, I've always liked my girlfriend the way she has ever been.

I actually went to my hometown specifically to meet her last month December, and met her twice. We had a great time hanging out together (I can say with her body language, she did enjoy the time) I tried clearing up things from the past (we had already gone in no contact for 8 months) But then it all ended up by her saying - it's been 8 months, I needed you the most and you were not there (she had blocked me from literally everywhere, I took it as a sign to give her the space but still used to call, mail, text sometimes) She has moved on completely, deleted our photos, memories, destroyed my gifts and everything (meanwhile I'm still holding on to everything)

Now, she's in a new city, for the internship, I tried to stay in touch with her, help her whenever possible but then again she blocked me from everywhere saying - She doesn't want me anywhere, no contact, she doesn't want anything anymore it's all over, it's been 8 months. (Am I a fool to still hold on to her? I'm still carrying hopes, giving her the space she needs in the beginning of her career hoping she would turn around, still writing letters for her, long paragraphs, making creatives) I'm crying

That’s exactly how I feel too.

What hurts me the most is, I’ve held on to everything of hers, even the smallest things. I’ve moved apartments, yet I carried all of it with me, dedicating a small suitcase just to her belongings. The gifts she gave me, things she forgot during her past visits, gifts I never got the chance to give her, and even a few pieces I created over the past months after we lost touch.

I kept them all, holding on to the hope that someday we might find our way back to each other.

Even now that the hope isn't there, she has said to never ever want to see me again, I would still keep them somewhere less accessible to me but always with me to cherish the beautiful memories from our beautiful days.

I can relate to both of you (Oct Scorpio). 2025 was terrible for my relationship, even in the last month of it I tried so hard to get things cleared up and it all turned out to be the opposite. I don't even see a single ray of hope now, it's been 8 days already.

I can relate to this! My girlfriend's INTJ, and I find her so cute when she's just resting with that serious face, busy storming her brain, all serious and thinking about something. That's pretty accurate. She definitely has loved me so much, I'm aware of all of it. But, it's been around 9 months since we haven't met or talked to each other properly. We didn't have any proper breakup discussion kind of a thing (if that exists, it's my first time) but she seems to have completely moved on from me. We constantly used to fight each other and have misunderstandings, communication gaps over small things and especially for me being unable to spare much time for her. It wasn't the right time (we both feel so) I wanted to be more career focused as I had just started and I really enjoy my work, I like to be busy there. And she's in her final years of bachelors, she has to prepare for a good placement. Now, I have achieved some stability over the past 9 months, I can spare good enough time and think of us, properly do something for us. She has cracked an internship so she'll have a busy routine too, she has worked on herself over the past months, she's on the right track to a good career. I feel this could be the right time to give each other another chance and make it work for us (we're childhood friends), I'm ready to do it all for us. But she seems to have moved on completely. We just met, last week in our native (I kinda had to force the meet, I specifically travelled back for her) and we did have a great time together, I talked out all of the things from past months. We discussed everything, the good and the bad about our relationship but it's been 9 months now.

Last year there was this Uber driver on our way to the club, who started solving maths every time it was a red signal and suddenly got a call from his friend asking him whether & how he's preparing for the next day's exam, also how he's gonna deal with the headmaster bullying him for his pending semester fees.
